2. Please be sure to review Information for Authors & Editorial Policies at https://telehealthandmedicinetoday.com/index.php/journal/authors
3. The Submission Preparation Checklist is located at https://telehealthandmedicinetoday.com/index.php/journal/about/submissions
TMT requires documents be uploaded on the submission portal of BOTH blinded manuscript and Supporting Documentation in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word file format.
Text should be single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
Submission is simple and if all is in order, the corresponding author can quickly check off each checklist requirement and proceed to upload documents.
PAPERS WILL BE REJECTED IF NOT FORMATTED PROPERLY. References must be in the Vancouver style. For details visit https://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/uniform_requirements.html
Please also note the following:
The TMTArticle Processing Charge (APC) is $850.00 USD. The APC applies to original research published in TMT. APC for students currently enrolled at an academic institution is $450.00 USD. Please plan accordingly. There is no fee for BLOG posts. If changes are required post publication, the author(s) will be charged a flat $300.00 USD for revision(s).
TMT has a waiver policy for authors from lower-middle income countries as per the World Bank (click here for details). We give fair consideration to all submissions, and believe this should not be linked to the ability to pay. Where limited funding is available to authors, TMT can provide a complete or partial waiver to authors on request, AFTER, an article is accepted. We review papers based strictly on MERIT. The quality and contribution it makes to the sector supersedes the APC. We believe this is paramount for fair and open exchange.
